SHIPPING

• We ship exclusively with Swiss Post. Free shipping for orders over CHF 49 (A-Post shipping approx. 1-2 days).

• The estimated shipping costs are displayed to the customer in the shopping cart when the order is completed.

• Shipping costs are calculated at the time of dispatch. Shipping costs are determined according to the current price list of Swiss Post (https://www.post.ch/).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• The customer has the right to return the goods received within 14 days.

• For returns, the items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, otherwise the right to return the goods will be forfeited.

• The customer is requested to pack any returns in a cardboard box. Please do NOT use the original boxes as shipping boxes (do not attach any packing tape or shipping labels).​​

• The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer. Important: when returning goods, please use the enclosed shipping label and enclose the “return slip” form in the package. This will ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible.

• Only returns and complaints relating to purchases made on this CAT online shop (https://www.saucony.ch/) will be accepted. If you purchased your CAT shoes from a specialist retailer in your area, please contact your retailer directly.

• We reserve the right not to refund goods that are not returned in their original packaging and unused, or to refund the corresponding value of the goods only after receipt of the goods.
